Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

These terms apply to the Travelography discount coupon offer (the “Offer”). The Offer is run by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], trading as Travelography (“Travelography”, “we”, “us”), [REGISTERED ADDRESS].

By registering for the Offer you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Offer

1. Each eligible person who completes the steps in section 4 receives one discount coupon with a unique code.
2. The coupon gives a discount of [DISCOUNT VALUE] on a Travelography holiday package booking.
3. The discount is available on all Travelography holiday packages, domestic and international.
4. The coupon is valid till 30 April 2027 (the “Expiry Date”).

3. Who can take part

1. You must be 18 or older and live in India.
2. You can receive one coupon per Instagram account, and you can register once per mobile number.
3. You must give correct details. We may refuse or cancel a coupon if details are wrong, duplicated, fake, or if an account or code has been misused.

4. How to get your coupon

1. Scan the QR code, enter your name, flat number and WhatsApp number, and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The page then opens an Instagram chat with @travelography_tours. Tap Get my coupon, or send any message.
3. You must follow @travelography_tours on Instagram. We check automatically, when you ask for the coupon, that your account follows us. If it does not, you will be asked to follow and try again.
4. Your coupon code is then sent in the Instagram chat.
5. You do not need to keep following us after you have received your coupon.
6. If you do not receive your coupon, message us on WhatsApp +91 73871 00474 with the mobile number you registered with.

5. Coupon redemption policy

5.1 One-time use

Each coupon code can be redeemed once, for one booking. When a coupon is redeemed, we mark it as used in our records. A used coupon cannot be used again, whether for the same booking or any other.

5.2 How to redeem

1. Before you confirm and pay for your booking, send your coupon code to us on WhatsApp +91 73871 00474 from the mobile number you registered with, or show the Instagram chat to our team in person.
2. We check the code against our records. If it is valid and unused, we apply the discount to your quote and tell you the discounted price in writing.
3. The coupon counts as redeemed when your booking is confirmed. A coupon cannot be applied to a booking that was already confirmed or paid before the code was shown to us.

5.3 Who can use it

The coupon is for the person it was issued to. It cannot be transferred, sold, shared or exchanged. We may ask you to confirm your name, registered mobile number or Instagram account before redeeming.

5.4 What it applies to

• The discount applies to all Travelography holiday packages, domestic and international, on the package price we quote.
• One coupon per booking. Coupons cannot be combined with each other or with other offers, discounts or promotions, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
• The discount does not apply to taxes, visa fees, insurance, or charges collected by third parties, and it does not apply to stand-alone services such as air tickets, hotel-only bookings, forex, cruises or corporate events.

5.5 Expiry

The coupon must be redeemed on or before 30 April 2027. After that date it is void and cannot be extended or replaced. The travel itself may take place after that date, subject to package availability.

5.6 No cash value

A coupon has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or other services, and an unused or expired coupon is not refundable.

5.7 Cancellations and changes

Once a coupon has been redeemed it is not restored if the booking is later cancelled or changed. Any refund is worked out under the booking’s own cancellation terms and is based on the amount you actually paid.

5.8 Lost or missing codes

Your code stays in your Instagram chat with us. If you cannot find it, message us on WhatsApp +91 73871 00474 from your registered mobile number. After we verify you, we may send the same code again. We never issue a second code to the same person.

5.9 Misuse

We will refuse any code that is copied, edited, shared, sold, issued to someone else, or obtained with false details or more than one account. Our records of issued and redeemed codes are final.

6. Prices and packages

Package prices shown on our banners and pages are per person and, unless stated otherwise, based on four people travelling together. Prices depend on travel dates, availability and exchange rates and can change until your booking is confirmed. Inclusions are as set out in your written quote. The coupon discount is separate from these prices.

7. Changes to the Offer

We may correct technical errors, and we may change or end the Offer if needed to stop misuse or for reasons beyond our control. Coupons already issued to eligible people will be honoured until the Expiry Date, unless they were obtained through misuse.

8. Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp

This Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or Meta Platforms. You are giving your information to Travelography and not to them.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures of Instagram, WhatsApp, chat tools, phone or internet networks, or other services that we do not control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Your personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY] have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
